GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. -- Chef Bobby Rataj from Bubba Gump Shrimp Company joined us this morning to share one of their signature shrimp scampi recipes.

Bubba Gump Shrimp Scampi
6 oz. Shrimp P&D
2 oz. Gremolatta Butter
1 tsp Peeled fresh garlic (minced)
Pinch Paragon Seasoning Salt (Salt, Pepper and Celery Salt)
2 oz. White kitchen wine
1 tbl Capers
1 tbl Fresh lemon juice
¼ cup Roma tomatoes (Diced)
8 oz. Cooked linguini
Sauté over medium heat: 1 oz. butter, shrimp, garlic and paragon seasoning.
Cook shrimp to rare, add capers, wine, lemon juice and tomatoes. Cook shrimp to medium rare, then add pasta and incorporate 1 oz of Gremolatta butter. Remove from heat when butter is well incorporated.
Garnish with one tablespoon of Parmesan cheese, one pinch of parsley, and one lemon wheel. Serve with garlic bread.
