Hell's Kitchen whips up breakfast favorites

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. -- Bring a little Hell's Kitchen into your own by dishing up these tasty recipes.

Lemon Ricotta Pancakes

6 egg whites
9 egg yolks
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1cup whole milk ricotta cheese
4 T freshly grated lemon zest
1 T fresh Lemon Juice
1 t Kosher salt
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
Unsalted butter, melted (for the skillet)

Whisk egg whites until firm peaks. Slowly ass egg yolks, sugar, and lemon zest. Stop mixer add ricotta cheese.

Add flour and salt. Mix until incorporated. Add melted butter and mix for two more minutes.

Salsa Con Mitch

1 cup peppadew peppers
2T minced chipotle in adobo sauce
3/4 Cup quartered grape tomatoes
1/3 cup finely diced red onion
1/3 cup finely diced golden pineapple
1/3 cup finely diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
1 medium head garlic minced
2T seeded and minced fresh jalapeño
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 t crushed red pepper
1 t chile oil

½ Cup whole grape tomatoes

Puree Chipotle in adobe sauce and whole grape tomatoes.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl

Ranchero beans

1 pound dried black beans
6 cups water
3/4 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup minced white onion
4 t honey chipotle barbecue sauce
2 T dark chili powder
2 T ground cumin
4 large garlic cloves minced
2 t crushed red pepper
2 t sea salt

Place all ingredients in large stock pot and simmer until beans are soft.
