GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn.--  Randi Zuckerberg, former Marketing Director for Facebook and CEO/Founder of Zuckerberg Media, stopped by the show this morning to take us inside the pages of her two new books.

In Dot Complicated: Untangling Our Wired Lives, Randi explores her thoughts and experiences in the world of social media and the digital revolution, as well as the new set of social norms that come along with it. Randi shares her personal and professional story and the entrepreneurial journey she has been on: her time as marketing director of Facebook, her work as a television correspondent and producer, balancing her career with motherhood and launching her own media company, while addressing the issues of privacy, social identity, authenticity, crowd sourcing and the future of social change.

In her companion children's book, Dot., Randi introduces children to a confident and spunky new character who's appetite for technology is seemingly unlimited, but soon learns that there's a balance between "plugging in" and enjoying other forms of play.

You can find Dot Complicated and Dot. online and in bookstores.
