ST. PAUL, Minn.--The Minnesota State Academy for the Blind presents White Can Safety Awareness Day on October 15. The event will be held at the Minnesota State Capitol Rotunda starting at 9:30 a.m.
Everyday the Minnesota Academy for the Blind works to provide blind and visually impaired students with learning, social and life skills that will help them to be successful.
White Can Safety Awareness Day celebrates the achievements of the blind and visually impaired living in Minnesota. The celebration will feature a variety of presentations and a White Cane Day Walk.
