GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Blood can be the gift of life, but it can't be received unless someone donates.

Someone who knows that first hand is Matt Deyo. Deyo was diagnosed with cancer in high school, and needed many blood transfusions during his treatment. Now, Deyo just finished his masters and plans to attend medical school.

If you want to help out others, you can donate blood at our first blood drive of the year on Friday, January 4.

Hours are from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

No appointment is needed, but you can sign up before hand if you'd like.
