MINNEAPOLIS -- Walk with thousands of Minnesotans in support of HIV prevention, advocacy and awareness services throughout the state.
The Minnesota AIDS Walk is the state's largest HIV fundriasing event. It is a community event that is open to everyone. There is no registration fee or minimum contribution required to participate.
The 10K walk is Sunday, May 19 beginning in Minnehaha Park in Minneapolis. Walkers will travel along the Mississippi River, up West River Parkway, across Lake Street Bridge into St. Paul, down Mississippi Boulevard and back into Minneapolis across the Ford Parkway Bridge.
All of the proceeds from the Minnesota AIDS Walk will support Minnesota AIDS Project programs for those at high risk for HIV transmission and services that directly meet the needs of people living with HIV in Minnesota.
