EDINA, Minn. - For three days there will be a sea of pink washing across parts of the Twin Cities.
The Susan G. Komen 3-Day walk kicked off Friday morning from the Southdale Center in Edina.
Hundreds of women and men embarked on the three-day, 60-mile journey to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer.
But Glen DeKeyser has a bigger goal. The Twin Cities walk is Glen's fifth so far this year. His goal is to complete all 14 of the 60-mile walks nationwide in 2012. That's a total of 840 miles.
Glen's inspiration is the death of his wife from breast cancer in 1999 when she was just 49 years old.
