CALEDONIA, Minn. - Three passengers have died and one person was critically injured after a twin-engine plane crash near the Houston County Airport in Caledonia on Friday.
WXOW-TV in La Crosse reported that a farmer found the crash site in a farm field about a mile south of the airport. The incident was reported at about 4:30 p.m., but authorities believe the crash occurred about an hour earlier.
Authorities say one person on board the plane was transported to Gundersen Health System in La Crosse.
Federal officials from the NTSB and FAA are on the way to investigate.
