Mixing up spring cocktails

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn.-- This morning world class bartender Brian Zachau from T.G.I. Friday's joined us with a couple of their new cocktails.

Here are the recipes Brian shared with us today:

Berri Acai Sour

Ingredients & tools:
1 ¼ oz. Absolut Berri Acai
2 oz. Fresh Agave Sour
Top w/ 1 oz. Soda
With Ice
Mixer w/ Ice & Strain
Ingredients 1 - 2
Double Old Fashioned
Garnish
Lemon Twist
3 Blackberries, Thawed, Portioned
Sip Straw

When making a drink, pour the entire portion cup including juice into mixing tin/shaker. Berries should be completely thawed.
Portioned berries should be gently poured into drink; amount and color of juice may vary. If berries are not thawed you will get no juice or color.

Skinny Margarita

Ingredients & tools:
1 ¼ oz. Hornitos Reposado Tequila
3 oz. Fresh Skinny Agave Sour
Salt Rim
Mixer w/ Ice

Shake fresh skinny agave sour before pouring.  Mix together ingredients 1 and garnish with a squeeze of lime and straw.
