MINNEAPOLIS - On the top of nearly everybody's mind this long weekend are fireworks.

The Panorama of Progress is in it's 47th years and highlights the growth and development of the Lakeville community.
Canterbury is going to the dogs for the 4th. Free hot dogs, a hot dog eating contest and a wiener dog race are all part of the days events.
It's "Attack of the Best of the Brave New Workshop" in Minneapolis. A roundup of favorite sketches from recent years as the workshop celebrates its 55th year of comedy.
The holiday weekend is huge for Hollywood.

Sunday night at the Minnesota Zoo it's Los Lobos with Los Lonely Boys.
The Lynx are in town Sunday night tipoff is 6:00 at Target Center against the Phoenix Mercury.
Finally, this one may be one of for the spectator than the participant. The 7th Annual Freedom From Pants Ride is the night of the 4th and hundreds of cyclists are expected to roam the streets of Minneapolis in their skivvies.
