MINNEAPOLIS - A long roster of local musicians will take the stage at First Avenue November 23 to honor long-time concert promoter Sue McLean.

McLean passed away in May after battling cancer. She was 63 years old.

The First Avenue tribute concert and fundraising event will feature the following acts: Eric Hutchinson, Soul Asylum, BoDeans, X-Boys, Marc Perlman and Tim O'Reagan of the Jayhawks, Rouge Valley, Holey Bonar, Molly Maher and her Disbelievers, and The Witnessess.

McLean was involved in the Minnesota music scene for 40 years booking shows like the Basilica Block Party, the Minnesota Zoo's Music in the Zoo series as well as countless shows in venues across the Twin Cities.

Doors open at 6 p.m. and the event starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $50 and $150 for VIP available for purchase through First Avenue.

In addition to live music, there will be a live auction with various items such as a Gear Daddies private performance, a Sheryl Crow signed guitar, a week-long trip to Mexico, a Basilica Block Party VIP experience, and more. Money raised will be donated to support McLean's 12 year-old daughter, Lilly McLean.
