GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn- Type 1 Diabetes is something that affects people from all walks of life and all different ages. Josh Stahl learned that all too well in February of last year when his 4-year-old son Gavin was diagnosed with the disease.
"It is something we live with day in and day out, good days and bad days, we do not get a break. I could not take it away with a hug or a kiss, but what I could do is fight for Gavin and the approximately three million other people battling T1D," he told us.
And that is just what Josh is doing and on two wheels. In union with the JDRF and their Ride to Cure program, we are putting tire treads all over diabetes.
Please take a look at the following website about the rides I am participating in. The Ride to Cure diabetes where we ride to bring awareness to our struggle and our fight for a cure.
