ST. LOUIS PARK, Minn. - The school that lost two fourth-graders to a deadly gravel slide in a St. Paul park will hold a gathering in their honor.
Gov. Mark Dayton was scheduled to attend Friday's ceremony at Peter Hobart Elementary School in St. Louis Park.
It starts at 9:45 a.m., but the district didn't immediately release other details.
A memorial has been set up at a St. Louis Park bank for students and families affected by the gravel slide on Wednesday.
Memorials may be made to the Peter Hobart Student Fund at Citizens Independent Bank, 5000 W. 36th St., St. Louis Park, MN 55416.
