MINNEAPOLIS - A religious holiday for Christians filled with Good Friday, Palm Sunday to the eventual Easter mass, it appears Easter has gone to the masses.

In case you didn't know, websites of businesses will remind you that only 5 days remain until Easter.
Yes, even Easter now has a countdown.
A few hops to a few different websites and it becomes glaringly apparent, businesses use the bunny in all sorts of ways to bring in the bucks.

According to the National Retail Federation the average person will spend nearly $150 on Easter stuff, from candy to clothes to food, totaling a little more than $17 (b)illion.

Analysts say businesses are simply taking a seasonal change where people are thinking "spring" and incorporating Easter along with it.

So much for a little egg decorating, followed by an egg hunt and maybe a chocolate bunny, leave it to businesses to grab hold and not only Christians to hop on.
