GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Maybe you meant to start getting in shape sooner, like back in January after those dreaded food filled holidays, but it just hasn't happened yet. Now you're wondering how to get results, and rather quickly at that.

The good news is, you can still tone up in as little as 4-6 weeks! A loss of 5-10 pounds can make all the differnce in the way your swimsuit and shorts fit.

Fitness expert Chris Freytag stopped by KARE 11 Sunrise studio with some great, quick tips on how to whip yourself into shape.

Simple exercises for some killer abs, even at your desk at work, such as leg lift crunches and body plans can help. For your your arms, try tricep kickbacks, and bicep curls. If you need to tone those butts and guts, do some medicine ball squats and torso twist-partner tosses. And if you want jiggle free thighs, try some deep side lunges and running man lunges.
