Oak Grove crash victims in stable condition or out of hospital

OAK GROVE, Minn. - Police say that five people involved in a head-on crash in Oak Grove Tuesday evening are either in stable condition or have been released from the hospital.

The Anoka County Sheriff's Office says that the two-vehicle accident occurred at about 5:15 p.m. on County Road 74.

Two people had to be pulled from the wreckage, according to authorities.  They say three of the victims had potential life-threatening injuries: One was airlifted to North Memorial, and two to HCMC.  Two other victims were taken by ambulance to local hospitals.

The crash occurred near railroad tracks on County Road 74, but a train was not involved, officials said.
