MINNEAPOLIS -- University of Minnesota Head Football coach Tim Brewster has put his house up for sale. Brewster bought the home in 2008 and is asking 2.1 million dollars for the Shorewood home.
University Director of Athletic Communications Garry Bowman said Tuesday that this was the first time he'd heard of the sale, but doesn't believe this is a statement about his job security.
"I can't imagine this has anything to do with his job situation". Bowman said by telephone.
Brewster's current contract keeps him as the school's head coach through the 2011 season.
