MINNEAPOLIS -- As workers prepare TCF Bank Stadium for a possible Monday night football game, employees across the street at Buffalo Wild Wings are getting ready to serve the fans.

"We're just really excited and we're glad to be here and we're really fortunate that the Vikings will be playing right across the street," Michelle Schilling, manager of the barely one-week old restaurant, said.

After word spread that the Vikings were looking to hold their final game of the season at the stadium, the restaurant immediately started increasing their Monday staff, said Schilling.

"We're actually getting some manager support teams from other restaurants to come in so we'll have full staff and we're looking forward to all the fans coming in," she said.

Back at the stadium, University officials are also getting vendors ready to serve hungry football fans.

"Our concessions are stocking up with food," Scott Ellison, associate athletics director for the University, said Wednesday.

There's still no word yet whether alcohol will be allowed during the game or just how much relocating the game will cost. However, the Vikings will pick up the tab while the University gets to keep revenue from its vendors.
