MINNEAPOLIS - Family members say a young boy who was revived after a sailboat accident that killed his two brothers is making progress in his recovery.
Eight-year-old Isaiah Risland, of Leonard, is beginning physical and occupational therapy at Children's Hospital in Minneapolis. Aunt Sara Stanley says Isaiah is reciting the alphabet and coloring.
The child suffered life-threatening injuries earlier this month in Clearwater County when sailing with his brothers and father. Two-year-old Jacob Risland and 6-year-old Zechariah Risland died after the boat sank. The Bemidji Pioneer says their father swam to shore to get help.
