GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - They don't have a food truck but they are still mobile and rolled into our backyard with some yummy Thai food.
Gai Gai Thai Mobile Kitchen serves traditional Thai using lots of locally grown Minnesota produce.
Owner Kris Petcharawises served up a corn soup that had hints of butter, Thai chili, cilantro and lime on KARE 11 News @ 4.
Also featured was a watermelon cup that had a mango-lime-coconut sauce and was sprinkled with a Thai chili sea salt mix, plus a sprinkle of mint.
You can find Gai Gai Thai on Facebook and Twitter, and every Sunday at Kingfield Farmers Market at 43rd and Nicollet in Minneapolis.
