GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Most of us marvel at the vitality and youthfulness of Betty White who, at age 92, keeps a schedule that could make someone half her age exhausted.

Lori Campbell believes the secret to aging well lies in the choices we make and she explores this subject in depth in her new book, Awaken Your Age Potential.

She joined KARE 11 News @4

In AgePotential, Lori profiles ten people who are "Thrivers." For example, Marjorie Johnson, the blue ribbon cook and Fran Heitzman the 87-year old founder of Bridging, the largest furniture bank in North America, to name a few.
