GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. -- The author of "The Edible Landscape" Emily Tepe shares how to transform your yard into a feast for the eyes and the table.
Emily has two upcoming seminars at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum on February 16. The first is an Edible Landscape seminar and demonstration from 1 to 2 p.m. The cost is $38 for members and $50 for non members.
Emily will also be part of the Sustainable Ag Summit which is free and runs from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. She will be signing books after and between events.
There are edible landscape demonstration gardens located at the MN Landscape Arboretum and the University of MN Department of Horticultural Science on the St. Paul campus. You can also see an Edible Garden exhibit outside the Marjorie McNeely Conservatory at Como Park Zoo and Conservatory. These gardens helped to inspire Emily as she wrote her book.
