GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. -- Prevention Magazine is kicked off a new fitness challenge May 1st.
"Shed 10 28-Day Challenge" is a 4-week fitness and diet challenge led by Prevention Magazine's Contributing Fitness Editor Chris Freytag. The challenge is a four-part program to help prepare you for success. Steps include setting an intension, doing weekly cardio, completing the 10 minute toners, and eating clean.
Participants will have guidelines every week during the challenge to complete including 150 minutes of cardio workout.
To get started all you have to do is visit the 28 Day Challenge website at Prevention.com. There's even a mobile app to add on your smart phone. The mobile app can be found here.
