Pilgrim Cleaners hosts its sixth annual Scout Uniform Collection Drive during the month of July.
Wearing a uniform is a memorable part of the scouting experience and Pilgrim Cleaners is collecting uniforms for those families that may not be able to afford to purchase one. The drive has collected over 2,000 uniforms since it started.
This year Pilgrim Cleaners is looking specifically for Cub Scout uniforms as well as Boy Scout, Venturer, and adult leader uniforms. Uniform accessories are also needed and include belts, neckerchiefs and hats.
Uniforms will be collected through July 31st at any Pilgrim Cleaners location. Uniforms can also be dropped off at the St. Paul Scout Service Center located on 393 Marshall Ave and the Golden Valley Scout Service Center located on 5300 Glenwood Ave.
