DELANO, Minn.--Friends and family of Elliot Lamecker are hosting a benefit to support costs associated with continuing medical care. The benefit is Sunday, August 4 at Apple Jacks Orchard in Delano, Minn. from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Coffee with KARE brings you a benefit supporting Elliot Lamecker, a man who was paralyzed after being thrown from a mechanical bull in October of 2011.
Elliot has been doing physcial therapy and is doing better every day. He is hoping to participate in the Courage Center's ABLE program that will allow him to participate in more intense physical therapy and continue to heal.
