BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich
Compart Farms (Nicollet, MN) Pork Butt- 8-11 lbs
All Natural, no hormones, no antibiotics
Pork Breed-Duroc, which is naturally higher in fat 3-4%, meat is darker in color
Preheat oven-275 F. Rub pork but with your favorite spice rub.
Cook until internal temp reaches 145 F. Cool until easily handled and began to shred pork.
Mix 2 cups Ketchup, 2 teaspoons Chili Powder, 8 tablespoons Worcestershire, 1 Jalapeno, 1 teaspoon Onion Powder, 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar. Add BBQ sauce to shredded pork. Serve on milk bread buns.

Butter bread on one side and start melting sliced cheese. Scramble two eggs and cook two pieces of sausage. Assemble sandwich.
Diced Red Pepper
Diced Green Pepper
Diced Red Onion
Cooked all ingredients till done and combine. Add any seasoning for additional flavor. We use seasoning salt.
