MINNEAPOLIS - The man charged with secretly videotaping nude boys at north metro YMCAs has been arrested again by University of Minnesota Police.
Officials at the U of M confirm that 53-year-old Robert Dennis Minor was arrested around 3:30 p.m. Thursday for interfering with privacy and harassment or stalking. He's being held in the Hennepin County Jail without bail.
Police Chief Greg Hestness told the St. Paul Pioneer Press that the offenses are believed to have taken place some time ago, and not in the short period after Minor posted bail in Anoka County. University police became aware of the issue after Anoka County investigators accused Minor of making video dozens of young boys in YMCA locker rooms using a camera hidden in his watch.
More details on the University of Minnesota case will be released after prosecutors officially file charges in Hennepin County.
