ST. PAUL, Minn. -- After six months there are finally three finalists in an idea campaign called the "Forever St. Paul Challenge."
Tracy Sides' wants to create an urban oasis. It would include a signature food hub and nature themed event center where people can grow their own gardens.
Finalist Jack Ray has the idea of building a Center for Creative Arts.
It would include a group of studios that offer opportunities for young people to learn and practice arts and crafts at a high level.
The third finalist is Craig Blakely who wants to convert rail cars into an art train. The renovated passenger cars would be put on old tracks and used for start up and small businesses.
The winner will get $1 million to turn their idea into a reality and help rejuvenate the city.
