MINNEAPOLIS -- The investigation into a fatal Minneapolis squad car crash is now in the hands of the Hennepin County Attorney's Office.
The State Patrol says they have completed their accident reconstruction and sent the findings for review.
The crash happened in May when Officer Joshua Young was responding to a shooting that injured two fellow officers.
En route his squad car collided with a motorcycle killing Ivan Romero Olivares.
Police say Young did enter the intersection with a red light but they add he used proper lights and sirens and was not speeding.
