BEMIDJI, Minn. - A 21-year-old Walker man faces charges in connection with a stabbing that occurred on Sept. 29.
Beltrami County deputies said they were called to investigate the stabbing of Jace Ugrich, 18, of Bovey, early Sunday morning.
Ugrich was stabbed in the back while attending a large party on property owned by Theta Tau Epsilon Fraternity Alumni in Frohn Township east of Bemidji, officials said.
A tip lead investigators to two persons of interest. They were able to determine the suspect and locate him in Hackensack, where he was arrested.
The man was taken to the Beltrami County jail.
