BLOOMINGTON, Minn. -- Forget shopping, there were more exciting things to do Saturday at Mall of America. Thousands gathered to raise money and awareness for Juvenile Arthritis.
JAM, or the Juvenile Arthritis March, is a family-friendly event that focuses on children living with the disease. The goal is to raise money to help send kids to Camp M.A.S.H. (make arthritis stop hurting) or for programs that help them and their families better deal with the pain.
There are 300,000 children living with arthritis in the United States and there is currently no cure. With events like JAM, we can make a difference.
Koo Koo Kanga Roo was the entertainment for the event. They totally rocked the house!!
