Remember when it didn't snow in March?
That's usually the snowiest month of the year in the Twin Cities.
Well, somebody upstairs is making us pay for it this summer. The skies opened up early in June with rain, thunderstorms, and tornadoes and it hasn't closed.
I can't relate to the folks with any kind of property damage, because I've been lucky enough to avoid it. So, know that I feel for ya as best as I can.
I've never seen anything like June 25, when cars and debris were floating down the street. It was hard not to think about the images from Hurricane Katrina. I am in no way comparing the two, but what happened on June 25 was truly bizarre.
I want my summer back.
Best of luck to all of those dealing with the severe weather.
