NORTHFIELD, Minn. - He was hard to miss. The Stillwater boys cross country team wore their bright orange singlets at the State 2A Championships over the weekend. That was one way to notice Wayde Hall. The other was that he was in front of hundreds of other runners, breaking the tape in Northfield for the title.
The senior scorched the 5k course in 15:21 helping the Ponies to the team title as well. For Hall, it was exactly the race he wanted to execute.
