GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. -- A 26-year-old St. Louis Park man is heading to Las Vegas this week to try and win nearly $9 million.  Jason Senti is a professional poker player and has a seat at the final table in the World Series of Poker's main event.

Before heading to the desert, Senti stopped by the KARE 11 studios to test his luck against Perk.

As the game progressed, a furry friend of Senti's pulled up a seat to the table.  That's when things got hairy for Perk.

The World Series of Poker's main event starts Saturday.  Senti blogs and teaches poker online at bluefirepoker.com.
