GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn.-- The Alzheimer's Association Minnesota-North Dakota is hosting its annual Walk to End Alzheimer's™ on September 22 at Three Rivers Park District - Hyland Lake Park Reserve in Bloomington.
We face a defining moment in our journey to a world without Alzheimer's disease. The baby boomer generation is growing older and age is the greatest risk factor for developing Alzheimer's. One in eight boomers will develop the disease, rapidly adding to the estimated 5.4 million Americans living with Alzheimer's today.
We must act now to change the course of this epidemic.
- To help our grandparents, parents, spouses, partners, brothers, sisters and friends living with the disease.
- To support millions of caregivers emotionally and financially.
- To speak up on behalf of all those affected.
Unite in a movement to reclaim the future for millions. Join the Walk to End Alzheimer's. Register today at alz.org/walk or call 800.272.3900.
